If you are able to set key performance indicators at the start of the project, then you may wish to measure its success within a set period of time.




Large-scale projects that use online delivery are best judged by the number of people that see them. We use the latest technology to not only monitor the 'hits' on a particular communication, but also to analyse the data and present it in the most useful format for assessment.




More intimate projects such as internal communications campaigns may be better judged based on feedback from a cross-section of the target audience. We can organise interviews, focus groups or simple questionnaires - again, analysing the responses and presenting them in the most useful format for assessment.




And if there is a way that the project can be improved, then we can implement it or return to the definition stage to undertake a new phase.
